The turf season has started off well with a double at Pontefract! Two new recruits for the yard both made a winning debut for us. Lisiere a
speedy three year old galloped clear of her opposition in good style to win the fillies maiden closely followed by Media Hype winning the
next race a 1mile 2furlong handicap by 6 lengths under a brilliant ride by Philip Makin. Media Hype was bought at the Autumn horse in
training sale out of Luca Cumanis yard. He is a lovely big scopey horse who should keep improving.
Yeeoow has put his unlucky two year old campaign behind him to win his first race as a three year old at Kempton to then go on to get closley touched off i a class 3 sprint at Pontefract, he looks to be turning into a useful sprinter. Our first two year old runner of the year Red Star Lady was fourth at Kempton We were pleased with her efforts as she was stuck wide all the way and winners have subsequently come out of the race since.
