Ainsdale went off the joint favourite for the first race at York on Friday under Ben Curtis. He made head way on the outer over 2 furlongs out where he challenged 1 furlong out and was ridden to lead just inside the final furlong, he soon went clear and kept on strongly to win by 4 lengths to closest rival Vardon Flyer. Massive well done to owner Mr David Armstrong and to Elise Kemp who has been riding him everyday and to Emma Gooding who looks after him. Well done team!
