Lord Of The Lodge who is one of our top rated two year olds from last season and having been second in the Gimcrack at York took his first race of the season,The feature sprint at Newcastle, all in his stride to win comfortably under Ben Curtis. We are hoping he can gain a group win this season and that this was a stepping stone as he had come to hand earlier than expected at home.
